Chairs and committees

Disciplinary Tribunals and other panels:

The Chair of the Disciplinary Tribunal, His Honour Judge Jonathan Neil Carroll, is the professional lead as regards Disciplinary Tribunals, providing guidance and mentoring to panel members.  The Chair will also sit on the BTAS Strategic Advisory Board.

Inns’ Conduct Committee (ICC):

The Chair of the Inns’ Conduct Committee , Lyndsey de Mestre KC, leads the Committee in its role of considering matters of general policy or process relating to the determination of eligibility for applicants for admission to be, or Call for, a student of the Bar. The Chair will also sit on the BTAS Strategic Advisory Board.
